Why aren’t you sociable?

I don’t do social media. So, I’m not actually an international spy requiring a low profile online. I’m just a tired human being who realised how bad for me social media had become. I also re-read Jaron Lanier’s eye-opening book 10 Arguments for Deleting Your Social Media Accounts Right Now. Like a lot of creatives, I find that if I am active on social media, I dilute the thoughts and creativity that I could channel into my work. So I no longer do it.
